No. All wagering inside a myfbpool football pool uses virtual points. myfbpool does not accept deposits, hold player funds, or process gambling transactions.

Depending on commissioner settings, members can make straight spread, moneyline, and total picks as well as parlays and teasers.

Yes. Commissioners can choose how straight spread and total picks are priced. Even Money prices those picks at +100, while Market Odds uses the available sportsbook-style odds for each selection. Moneyline picks continue to use market odds. This lets commissioners choose between a simpler traditional office football pool format and a more sportsbook-like football pool experience.

The commissioner configures the football pool, including starting points, minimum and maximum points per pick, eligible games, wagering options, final week, and optional features such as Respawn and Weekly Wager Requirement.

Yes. Automatic mode is designed to handle the weekly Betting Board by adding eligible games and available lines as they become available. Commissioners still retain control: an unopened game can be removed when no picks have been placed, and current market lines can be adjusted for future picks when needed. Accepted picks keep the line and odds they were accepted at. Manual mode remains available for commissioners who prefer to manage the board themselves.

Yes. myfbpool is available as an installable mobile web app on supported iPhone, iPad, and Android devices. It uses the same myfbpool account and live website, but when added to your Home Screen it opens in its own app-style window. There is no separate App Store or Google Play download. An Internet connection is required.

On Android, open myfbpool in Chrome or another supported browser and choose Install app or Add to Home screen when offered. On iPhone or iPad, open myfbpool in Safari, tap Share, choose Add to Home Screen, make sure Open as Web App is enabled if that option is shown, and tap Add.

Respawn is a commissioner-controlled feature that restores a configured amount of virtual points when a member’s balance is low enough to qualify. Commissioners set the qualifying balance, points amount, weekly and season limits, and final available week. Only commissioners initiate it, and everyone can see each player’s Respawn count.

It is an optional commissioner rule requiring members to wager a selected percentage of their virtual points bankroll during applicable weeks. Commissioners choose the percentage, timing, and weeks. myfbpool tracks progress and sends beginning-of-week requirements, unmet-requirement reminders, and end-of-week notices when a shortfall deduction is applied. A deduction is not a wager and does not satisfy the requirement.

Future selections remain hidden from other members until each selection’s game kicks off. After that lock point, accepted selections can be visible while later selections stay hidden.

The commissioner decides. If late registration is enabled, invitations and registration can remain open after the pool starts for up to four weeks, but never beyond the end of the NFL season. If it is disabled, starting the pool closes registration and invalidates pending invitations.

Accepted picks are final and can’t be changed. Members can follow their pending picks and completed results in the football pool.

myfbpool is free through nfl week 8 & college football week 9 for the 2026–27 season. No credit card is required during the introductory period.

After the free period, the commissioner can secure the football pool for the remainder of the season with a one-time Season Fee. Members are never charged directly by myfbpool.com.

No. myfbpool keeps games, lines, picks, virtual bankrolls, standings, member activity, and commissioner controls together in the web app.

Yes. When the next season begins, commissioners can restart a previous football pool using the same settings, so there's no need to configure the pool again from scratch. You can also quickly invite members from the previous season back into the new pool. Keep the rules you liked, adjust anything you want to change, and restart your NFL, College Football, or combined office football pool for the new season.
