Run NFL and College Football in the Same Pool
A football pool does not have to choose between Saturdays and Sundays.
myfbpool lets commissioners run an NFL-only pool, a College Football-only pool, or combine NFL and College Football games in the same private football pool.
Members compete using the same virtual points system and standings inside that pool.
One football pool for the whole weekend
A combined pool lets the competition continue from College Football on Saturday into the NFL schedule on Sunday and beyond.
Instead of maintaining separate pools, balances, and standings, the commissioner can organize eligible NFL and College Football games within one pool.
This works especially well for groups whose members follow both levels of football.
Automatic games and lines, with commissioner control
Automatic mode adds eligible NFL and College Football games and available lines to the Betting Board as they become available.
Commissioners retain control. An unopened game can be removed when no picks have been placed, and current market lines can be adjusted for future picks when appropriate. Accepted picks keep their accepted line and odds.
Manual mode remains available for commissioners who prefer to build the board themselves.
Use the same pick types across your football pool
Depending on pool settings and available markets, eligible games can offer sportsbook-style choices such as spreads, moneylines, totals, parlays, and teasers.
Members use virtual points for their picks and follow one bankroll within the pool.
myfbpool does not accept deposits, hold player funds, or process gambling transactions.
One set of commissioner rules
The commissioner defines the rules for the entire pool, including:
- starting virtual points;
- minimum and optional maximum points per pick;
- available wagering types;
- eligible games;
- spread and total pricing;
- registration settings;
- final week;
- optional Weekly Wager Requirement;
- optional Respawn rules.
Members therefore do not need to learn one system for College Football and another for the NFL.
Why combine NFL and College Football?
A combined pool creates more weekly choices and gives members a reason to follow games throughout the weekend.
One member may know College Football particularly well while another may focus on the NFL, but both compete with the same virtual points and within the same standings.
The commissioner still determines the pool rules and which games are eligible.
How to set up a combined pool
Create the pool and choose both NFL and College Football.
Then configure the starting virtual points, pick limits, wagering options, automatic game settings, registration rules, and other commissioner choices.
